Just found some scale winch line, about 80 Lb test, so it should pull my crawler around just fine...Installed it tonight. I just got creative and used some of the steel "cable' that you would use to hang a new picture frame. I have 30" of winch line, and a new hook...Oh yea, its on now...
Now, I just need a three channel radio

Well, its been a while since I posted up about the squirrell. Lots of things have changed, while alot of it has stayed the same. I now run Axial beadlocks, Fat Rock Axle C's (Aluminum), and a kingpin style setup on the steering knuckles. Also, I've got a three channel radio, (although I toasted the reciever already and I am looking for a new one)
Anyway, I'll get some photos up soon!

We'll see how well she runs tomorrow!! I think we need to take some more video. Well, I just finished completly rearranging the course, and I only took one run to make sure it was possible. It's difficult, but its doable. I'll be going in the morning and getting some more rocks for the course. One Entry....One Exit...Lots of possible carnage in between. Put it this way...the course pulled one of my tires off of the beadlocks and I snapped a screw in my steering.... ;D I'll have the camera ready to go tomorrow!
