So i was talking to James today and he wanted to see what my jeep looks like. My jeep started off with the L-134 with a t-90 mated to dana 18. The axles were a dana 44 rear and dana 27 front that was before I decided that I wanted full width axles and a life but once the planning started I figured to do a full build. After my dad died in a motorcycle accident i contacted Cross-Up Offroad to do the build. The jeep now has a Gm-14 bolt rear with a Lincoln locker and 35 spline axles. I converted the drums to disc brakes to cut weight. The front is a dana 44 from 1977 1 ton chevy with a detriot locker. The gearing is 5.38. Then i bought a 5.3 vortect out a 2004 tahoe and will be mated to a sm420 from lloyds transmission. I looked at dana 300 for a transfer case and decided to go with an atlas 2 4.0. For suspension i did a 3 link up front and yj leaf over in the rear. Once i got my engine Mike Klensin informed me that my frame would not hold up to the V-8, so i had him build me a new frame. With the new frame i had my tub extended buy 15 inches and went from wheelbase of 81 to 103. The jeep will hopefully be done by the end of the summer when i get more money to finish. Before And as it sits now

Ryan that is going to be one nice jeep.It has the best of parts built by a great shop.I hope to wheel with you once its done. Thanks for the old parts to help me get my jeep going a stage one.I agree stock frames need a lot of work. The torque of my v8 rocks the jeep strongly.Your 5.3 engine is awsome.I like the extra wb done to the tub.
