I have a John Deere Buck EX, 500cc 4x4, for puttin' around the hills and it is street legal. Took it to Chiva Falls after all the rains, made the creek crossing alittle interesting with water up to the top of the tires.

2003 KDX 220 here. Lots of extra mods on it, the best one was making it street legal.

I've had a few dirtbikes through the years and back before moving out here I was racing a Honda CR250 (2-smoke) for the last 2-3 years. I sold my CR and bougth a streetbike/cruiser (Honda VTX1300), but I've been missing riding in the dirt, especially motox tracks. SO, I bought a new bike Thursday - 2007 Honda CRF450R. I can't wait to get it out and get it dirty. Since I'm so new to Tucson, I'm still trying to figure out where to go riding, other than Pinal Airfield area and Octillo Wells track in Eloy & the PMP track in Tucson. I'm looking for more trail-riding type areas to take my wife, who also rides (but is a newbie). If people want to go ride, let me know !! Later, Steve Old bike: New bike:

Picked up a 1999 KX125 last weekend. The thing too damn much fun! Super light and nimble, and worlds better suspension than the KDX for jumping and high speed hits. Here's bith my toys this morning at the Pinal Airpark riding area.

Rail X Ranch in Catalina, Great place to ride! Its State Land so you need permit! I have the permit because i usually ride at pinal. Is this place just one trail or multiple trails. Can you give me some info on directions to the trail head and is there a staging area to unloar/load up the bikes and all? About how long of a ride is it, all day thing or just a quick outting?

There are a whole bunch of trails there. The entrance is on the west side of Oracle Rd. in Catalina, just north of the nursery. You can make it a short day or go riding for days and never hit the same trail twice.
