Hey guys, My friend Allan came down from Phoenix yesterday to hang out, and fab up a new rear bumper. (Some of you might remember him from the Chivo Falls Long Loop we did). Total time into it, approx 7 hours. We still need to fab some shackle mounts. The holesaw kit I purchased didn't so small enough to drill the holes for the shackles :mad: Plus, I didn't have enough gas to mig the entire bumper, and can't afford to refil it right now with the AZ run coming up... so it is flux core welded Oh well... still looks good, and will look even better when painted. Anyway, here's the pics. Allan will post up some "finished" ones after he paints it up. Thanks for comin down and hangin out, it was fun... Gregg are you talking spring shackle or d-ring? Got bits here if you need,also have pre made tabs out in the garage. Bumper looks great.
