As I'm sure most of you know I had to get new lock-outs for the blazer. I got a set of Warn Premiums and installed them. They locked fine when I first installed them but the last few times I used them I've had problems with them locking. They won't "click" in when I turn them to "locked". They will however "click" in when I turn them back to "free". Has anyone had this problem or know how to fix it?

I have a set of Warn Premium hubs on my truck. They turn 90% before lock, AFAIK, they never "locked" in place... just turned and stopped. I do know, that when I turn them to "free," I hear a clicking sound.
Do they lock the axles? I guess one thing to check, is make sure they are installed correctly... no broken springs or anything.
Other than that, I really don't have any constructive input.

Maybe they arn't supposed to "click" in place when locked. I was just figuring they should since the old Mile Marker hubs did.

I had WARN Premiums on my old toyota after someone stole one hub , they didn't click or anything either. It might be worth a call to WARN customer service to double check though. My Superwinch hubs on the Scout turn extremely smoothly with no clicks too. FWIW. Good Luck.

Kyle the warn hubs i have don't click either when you turn them, but after you lock them and move forward a little bit them they lock, the splines have to line up first. Jack up the front end of the k5 lock one side, turn the wheel and listen for a click, if you don't hear a click then look at your u-joint to see if it is moving when you turn the wheel. Mine will click when i unlock them.

my standard warn hubs used to click in free and lock, but my premiums im running now only lock when i go to free. they turn nice and smooth when going to lock, one thing i have noticed though they never get stuck in the locked position like the standard hubs used to
