Lemme know if you want some help. I've done my blazer numerous times. The inner spindle nut torque is only about 15 lbs. The outer is around 90 lbs. I even have a spare set of spindles if you need them. Sorry I didn't see this earlier. Auto Zone oughta have your rotor for about $30. No problem man. I actually had to special order a rotor because my rig has been converted from full time 4wd to part time. I needed the rotor that would accept lock out hubs. How much for the spare spindles?

As long as they match up i'll take them. Just let me know where I can pick them up. I'm usually free in the evenings and on weekends.

They both came off of my blazer when I swapped out the front end a few years back.

I was thinking about your troubles and something just doesn't jive. For a part to wear so much that it gets that sloppy seems extreme. The rotor is seperate from the hub isn't it? Mine is any ways. Are you sure the bearing isn't toast or the race is just all together gone?
Call me if you have questions or need help.

The bearings were brand new right out of the box. Also, this truck was beat to hell when I bought it. The folks who owned it before me would take it out to the dunes and just beat the hell out of it. It dosn't surprise me one bit that the rotor/hub is that worn. When and where would be a good place to get the spindles from you?

I work til 3:30 and from there I'll be at Rincon high school til after 6. Where do you live? What are your hours? Depending on where I am working maybe you can stop by and pick them up.

I should have my rig back and running by this weekend so I can pick them up then. I'm free anytime during the weekend and after 5 on weekdays. Just name the time and place and I'll stop and pick them up.

You've mentioned getting your rig going 3 different times. I'll figure it out soon. I can drop them off after practice if you like.
Been a long day....... My name is Jim.

Doesn't look too bad at this point. At least no more shrapnel! I'm slamming in my new radiator today, and maybe the electric fan, but let me know if you want some help.

The blazer is fixed! Got the new rotor today and everything went together smoothly. Took her for a test drive and everything seemed fine. The hub was just slightly warm but I think it was more from the brakes than anything. I'm gonna order another rotor and redo the passenger side also just to be safe. If one rotor was worn that bad chances are the other one is to. Now to order some new springs for the front and a locker for the rear ;D

Glad to see you're truck back on the road! Sounds like doing the other rotor might be a very good idea.
