Sorry all that I have not been around, but at the moment I sure am glad I didn't join the club, yet... I have been way to darn busy between work and school and a couple of major family illnesses. Not to mention all the little colds and coughs my little ones have been passing around here. I am so ready for December to get here just to take a break from the shool books. I have to finish up some math and take a class to become certified as a nursing assistant, even though I am already a paramedic, to apply for a nursing program. Kinda one of those "2 steps forward, one step back" kinda things. Just enough to make this kid wanna scream, I like to think of it as "hazing" by the nursing community for being a paramedic. I am sure to have just pee'd on a a couple of nurses with that comment. If my family will just stay healthy through the holidays. I finish up the 2 classes I taking... Things will be ok for a few days. On a lighter note. I picked up a little P.O.S. Mazda pickup from my neighbor which will certainly help on mileage with not having to drive my old CJ. I also, am wait to hear back on some parts for my junk yard TBI for my CJ. So, Ruby could be under construction this winter with the lockers and gears I have sitting in the garage. Oh, and to top it off. The wife and I are think about building a house right here on our property in Oracle this spring/summer. A big house... Looking at steel construction, because I know I know I can't lay block straight and every 3rd nail is bent. I know I can bolt things together. AUSTIN, yes, looks like we will definitely be staying in Oracle. Even if I get in the nursing program in Globe. So, there might be some free flowing beer and pizza for those willing to help throw up some steel beams this spring. Thanks for letting me blow off some steam. Everything really is good around here. Just gotta survive this semester. Thom

Ya know what really stinks about it all is that we haven't even had a chance to go out for a picnic. As soon as these kids are well, I think I am gonna put the books down and just go for a ride!

I've been a carpenter for about 12 years now, and I work for a company that sells doors & windows...

I was wondering why I haven't seen you up or down the highway? You've been busier than I have. When you start on the house let me know, I'll hop across the highway and help out. Or for that matter when ever you need a extra pair of hands or a peanut gallery.

Hey, if you need a hand with the building, I'm pretty handy with a wrench. And Hammers and nails, for that matter.

Guys, the help would be much appreciated!
We have found a company that works as a consultant to help you be your own general contractor. They also allow the draws from them to pay for the construction while your building with no payment for up to a year. It really sounds to good to be true to me, but after talking with them the other day, it sounds even more interesting. They have banks that they said will 98% of the time give a person a loan for 100% of the project after it is completed, due to earned equity. The company is called Buildmax if anyone is interested, the website is under the same name.
Austin, just keep an eye out for an ugly little black Mazda pick up headed to Globe. Heck, man, you are always welcome over here!

Oh, I will know by Saturday if I have to go pull a wiring harness and computer for my junkyard TBI... Somebody else called "dibs" before me, but sounded like they just wanted the engine.
