If you've seen the pictures of my rig then you've probable seen its soft top. I got the top through Off Road Design. The top is made by Specialty Top Company out of Colorado. I've had the top for a few years now and I love it. Its really durable and easy to take care of. The instructions say it takes 2 people about two hours to install. It took me and my dad about 5 to get it completely done, but it was worth it. The top attaches with snaps that are bolted to rails that are installed on the bed. Specialty Top has a bunch of different styles for different vehicles. Check them out on www.specialtytopco.com. The top ran me about 500 bucks but was worth it.

Kyle, does the top leak at all, and how is it in terms of helping to keep the dust out also?

It doesn't leak. It will become saturated if you spray it with the hose long enough but with normal rain it doesn't leak at all. It does a pretty good job at keeping the dust out. Not as good of a job as a hard top but good enough.
