Installed some rock lights under the XJ today and wired in a switch panel with 8 switches. Yea, overkill but now I've got plenty if I decide to add something else.
Had my GPS stuff all plugged into the cigarette lighter socket. Going down the trail and it would vibrate loose and my computer would whack out etc etc.
Went to take some pix but my camera batteries are too weak. Will get some pix tomorrow.

Heres a couple of pix of the switch panel and the rock lights turned on. The rock lights picture sux, camera couldn't focus in the dark. If these are bigger than what is supposed to be posted let me know and I'll resize them. Man, the inside of my rig is dirty!!

Whats the quiz for? Is it just for fun, i took it just to mess around didnt score to well It's the question pool for a Amateur Radio operators license. (Ham License). James is interested into getting his license. You have to be licensed by the FCC to operate radios on certain frequencies.

Weird you actually have to be licensed to use certain frequencies. How would someone know if you were licensed or not when your on their channel do they ask for a number or something that you need to know???

How would someone know if you were licensed or not when your on their channel do they ask for a number or something that you need to know??? Well, keep in mind that these freq. are not your every day CB or FRS radio. A 2M radio with repeaters can EASILY talk to Phoenix, and if you skipped it right off the right repeaters, you could technically talk to China.... Little more powerful. Also, when you pass the test, your given a call sign. Playing on these freq.s without a license is a BAD idea... The FCC can levy a VERY heavy fine for not having a license.
