On the Chimney Rock run (which was a blast) I suffered some serious tire damage. 2 tires ruined and fender scarring on 1 more. Going to buy new rubber but had to adjust my fenders. Got home from work today and took the nibblers to the fenders. The following pictures are not pretty and definitely not for the faint of heart. Consider yourself warned! Hopefully that will work, did you check for flex? I would hate to see those new Swamper's get damaged by those fenders!!!!

Jim, when we get your new tires on, I think I see an issue in your photos. Of course, I'd have to see it in person, but you may require a little more "massaging" of the fenders to get a tire to stuff completley without damage. We can go over it when you get your tires.
Looks good otherwise...This will be the first flat fendered XJ I've seen on 35's lol

There are a couple of areas that I am concerned about but want to wait until the tires are on it. I haven't returned the nibblers yet.
Tires shipped yesterday, hope they get here by Friday. They are coming out of Kalifornia, I think.
