Claws have one hell of an aggressive tread pattern, and a 6 ply sidewall. I can get these down to 7psi or so with my beadlocks, no problem.
Goodyear MTRs, and BFG MTs only have 3 ply sidewalls.
What would you recommend???

What would you recommend??? Swamper LTB's have an 8 ply sidewall, and my TSL's have a 6 ply and I know a 34 LTB is around 130 a tire, and the TSL's I run are only 180 a tire....

I have the 34x10.5-15 LTB and they work really well and it's hard to beat the price I got mine at 4weelparts in Phoenix it's cheaper to order them off line though. None of that sales tax and $8 per tire tax here is some info this is also a good sight to find out how big the tires really are tyres1.com Item#: LTB-09 Model: SUPER SWAMPER LTB BIAS NYL BSW Manufacturer: Interco Super Swamper Specifications: diameter: 33.8" rim width: 8" tread width: 9.3" tread depth: 22/32" section width: 10.3" load capactiy:3085 lbs max inflation: 60 psi Info: What is the Super Swamper LTB...A Super Swamper with a little more length on the largest lug. Eceptionally tough and designed for hard off road use.

Those LTBs are reasonably priced... maybe I can get a 34," but I don't want it to be only 10.5" wide.
I didn't see sidewall rating on those. How many ply are the sidewalls?

In doing some more research, I am very interested in the LTB series from Interco. It seems like a durable tire with the large, aggressive tread pattern, and 6 ply sidewalls. ...and for approx $130 or so a piece, that is a killer deal. I bet they would function very well wrapped around a 15x8.5 beadlock ...altho the wheel width is significantly different than tire width. I may have to step up to the 34x1050. The other concern I would have with running them on my beadlocks is balancing... I am not looking for a perfect balance, but while driving to the trail, I don't want to be busting out my teeth, lol. I was thinking about just throwing a handful of BBs in each tire before mounting on the rim. The only "street" driving these tires would see would be to and from the trails. All other times, I would have the BFG ATs (what's on now) for all other driving. Anyway, just typing my thoughts away... feedback time

The LTB that I have are 6 plys opps 8ply is on the 16in wheel. and I am running mine unbalanced right now and you feel them at 35-45 on my jeep other than that no problems they do have the flat spot when they sit for a while but once they get rolling again they run fine but that's what you get with a bias tire, I still would not run anything else and I know James feels the same way!

I did some research on the LTB's last night and almost bought them. Then I realized I'm running 10" rims. Can't put a 10.5" on a 10" rim.
So now I'm back to my research. Unless someone wants to trade 10" rims 5 on 4.5 for 8" 5 on 4.5! ;D

Does anyone have a 35x1250 or so that I can try on? It has to be on a 6 lug (chevy pattern) wheel.
I have 33x1250x15 ATs on there now, and yeah, they do look a little small, but I don't really have too much room for a much bigger tire... unless I cut out wheel well, and replace with other sheet metal, or move the axle forward.... but even then, I can't. You would have to see my rig in person to see, I don't feel like typing, lol.
