Well, finished all the wiring now, and the project is done. There are a few things I will need to address, like the fender brackets, and how I mounted relays. The day started off, driving to Harbor freight in the rain. I picked up a new drill press, and a benchtop grinder... As it turned out, I didn't even use the stinkin grinder... was soo used to attaching my hand grinder in the bench vise, lol. Anyway, I installed 4, 6" 130Watt lights... 2 on the bumper, and 2 on the fenders. The fender brackets I fabbed up are going to be Version 1.0, lol... they are going to need some changes, but I will work that out as I go. Also, I installed 4 55Watt 3" lights for the rock lights... 2 are attached to my body mounts, and 2 more are tucked up above the sliders pointing towards the rear. Made a custom switch panel in the dash to hold 5 switches in the truck... one master, one for each pair of 6" lights, one for the rocklights, and last one for the reverse lights (I want to manually turn those on even when not in reverse). I plan on redoing this. Some of the holes drilled crooked, and it already bothers me. Now for the fun part:

That drill press is sweet! I like the vice grip style clamps, are they attached to the drilling plate with swivals or something? I use vice grips on my drill press and it's a good way to keep stuff from spinning and knocking your teeth out.

Yeah, they have a big bolt that fits into the grooves on the table, and then there is a large wingnut that makes the clamp tight... then, it just works like a vice grip.

What brand of lights did you install? Looking to get some pretty soon and want to see how you like them.

They are a cheap ebay knock off... I paid 70 bux for 4. They are 6" 130 Watts of power. Really bright, but I need to align them. My problem is there is not enough adjustment to bring them forward, so I have to fab up some 1/8" shims to bring the back of the light up, forcing the front down... oh well. debating doing that now.
My "rock" lights are walmart speacials... about 20bux a pair. I figure if they break, I am really not out that much $$.
