here is a few pics of some projects that were done. Christine backing over her diff cover she welded Now she being brave and sticking her hand under it. Using that Valentines Day gift. Everybody on Austins new cover for his trailer. The finished products

Thanks to everyone yesterday for all the help. Bob - especially to you for all the prep work and the use of your shop. Mary - thanks for a great lunch. Austin - thanks for sharing time on the welder....and of course, Scott, couldn't have done it without you, buddy!! Had a great time and look forward to more Tech Days.
Ty was all impressed and now wants me to make him is diff guard for his 14bolt. Should be fun. He said the housework better be done before I go play in his shop, though!! LOL

Looks like you guys had fun. I was out drinking after work with Stacy and her co-workers. Didn't get home until after midnight. We were at Belushi's, right off campus... excellent "scenery..." haha

It was a great day.I do have a headache from how to hinges,but we WILL figure it out. We need to rename the day to 3 jeeps, a trailer and an1/8 of an inch!!!

It was a great day, thanks to Bob, Scott and James for the pretty welding. My legs are sore today from chasing that 1/8 of an inch around.

Well thanks to a wrangler bumper,Austin now has hinges for the top on the trailer.We spent about 6 hours on it yesterday.How did it do on the ride homw Austin?

Rode like a dream, with the extra weight of the top helped with it's road manners, didn't bounce as bad.
On another note, I tried the gas shocks today and the top will stay up with one on it, so it should be good with the two.
