OK...I want to clarify something...I asked someone else (DJ) to clean out the interior....Apparently, he thought a sheet would stop sparks from welding..... yea, didn't work... (Just giving you crap DJ ;D)

What I thought that sheets were fire proof opps! ;D Well that pictute has been removed much to my wife's protest she liked go figure!
Well when I showed up at Bobs to he had a pice of 16ga metal attached to the spreader bar which will soon house my swich's for lights ect. And to my surprize he also went ahead and used his bead roller on it and made a few passes, it turned out really sharp. Thank you
So to day I got the interior placed back in it and put a coat of black paint on the roll cage I will post pictures when I get that done. It was a short day of work but at least it back on the road again!
Also want to thank James for all his welding and Bob for the use of his shop ;D

Okay yesterday, got the over head panel made and attached to the rollbar, but the wire feed was acting up. Today started to finish up the bumper and the wire feed was still acting up so ended up trashing the last 1/8 of a role of wire hate that when it happens.then had to get help from the wife to cut out the holes in the bumper and line it all up(I'm gonna pay for that I know)she spent half her day off helping. Then after welding in the nut plate for the carrier lock I stripped it out, took me an hour to get the bolt out and another hour to cut the nut out and weld in a new one. After that things moved along until the gas started to run low,so tomorrow a new tank, then as I'm eyeing things up with the wifes help crash....If you look in the first bumper picture at the wall and the ones from today you will notice something missing. But the bumper is looking good..

Man, that is a drag about the picture frame on the wall I've had crappy garage days like that too. Oh well, guess that is the crappy part about fabbin stuff, lol. BTW, I love the tools you have in the garage Oh, I was noticing you didn't have any triangulation behind the seats. What is going to keep the cage from folding over on it's side?

Actually the picture frame is the head piece off of a pinball machine and was filled with part of my diecast car collection and there where two RC cars on top when it vacated the wall the Rc's got the worst of it ,they ended up under when it landed.the weight of it put the end of the bumper in the wall.
